Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at Emily C. Watkins— where adventure awaits around every corner!

As your principal, it is my absolute joy to welcome both returning families and those joining our school community for the very first time. Each new school year brings the opportunity to explore uncharted paths, set bold goals, and grow stronger together — just like the greatest adventures.

This year, our theme is “Adventure Awaits!” It’s a reminder that learning is a journey — one filled with discovery, curiosity, teamwork, and the courage to try new things. Whether you’re stepping into our classrooms for the first time or continuing your path with us, we’re ready to walk beside you every step of the way.

Our incredible team of educators has been preparing exciting and meaningful learning experiences that will ignite curiosity, challenge minds, and support every student’s growth. From academic exploration to social-emotional learning, we believe in developing the whole child — helping each one discover their unique strengths and passions.
